  Hello, I just filled my Segbeauty Soap Dispenser Bottle (13.5oz) and one of the pumps is broken – it appears to be cracked at the top and it does not function. How do I go about getting a replacement pump for that bottle? Please advise, thank you.

  Hello, I am still awaiting support for this issue. I am unable to use one of the pumps and I am a very unsatisfied customer right now.

  Hello-I too have an issue with my order. Two of the three bottles do not work. The pumps are broken. What is the silky to rectify this?
