Problem with foaming pumps

Hi, I bought 4 of your foaming soap dispensers and unfortunately two of them do not work anymore. The two that do still work do not get used as much. I have tried advised strategies to get the pumps working again but unfortunately with no luck. I only bought these in May so am quite concerned. Please advise. Can you send replacement pumps?
