After reading the critical reviews, I was hesitant to order but decided to go ahead. I am glad I did. The diffuser worked as described. It fit my dryer the first time I tried on, did not fold in upon itself (I might not have as much hair as the other reviewers?), did not warm up to touch too much.

So far, I like this a lot. It does partially collapse if you accidentally push it too hard against your head, but it's collapsible, so that's to be expected. I do not find it to be a problem. Fits my hair dryer, seems to be holding up well, and does what I want it to do. Would definitely recommend it.

Does collapse a little too easily but works just fine for travel. I wouldn’t replace my normal diffuser for my curly hair for this, but being able to throw it in a carry on for work trips is much easier than packing a whole hair dryer.

This definitely is a plus especially since I am traveling this September on a cruise and do not want to bring my other bulky diffuser. This is the second diffuser I have ordered from Segway and both times I am very satisfied. I
